In 2004, Jingu began the development of global chain aged care center business, with thesw purpose of creating a new model for the aged care industry suitable for the current requirement of the elderly population. The project is aimed to solve many problems about the current aged care system. |

1、世界各地的华人华侨，希望在晚年回归故里养老，但苦于国内医疗和卫生条件限制，阻碍了他们归国养老的想法。本项目将按照国外五星级酒店的标准进行建设，同时采用全球连锁的模式，以满足他们的生活需求，使其夙愿得以达成。

1- Chinese all over the world are most likely to return to their home town for retirement but currently such a desire is hampered by the limitation of the local medical care system. This project is designed to cater the demand of the returning Chines from oversea by building high quality facilities and accommodations comparable to the standards of a five stars hotel, The project will be developed and managed as a global chain to fulfill the demand from Chinese all over the world.

2、老年人因生活方式、习惯及思想观念等方面的不同，不愿意与子女在一起居住，而如若独立居住，又很容易使老年人过于孤独，且无人照顾。本项目将把老年人聚在一起，为老年人提供丰富多彩的娱乐休闲活动，特别是成立老年大学，开设书法、音乐、烹饪、体育等专业，由老年人自行管理、教学，满足老年人深层次的精神享受。

2- Due to the different life style and custom, elderly people don't necessary want to live with their children but living alone without social interaction and nursing care is also not appropriated. Therefore this project will provide a grouped living and social environment for the elderly by establishing universities that offers lessons in music, calligraphy, cooking and sports. The school will be run and managed by the elderly themselves.

| 3、对于长期子女不在身边，且身患潜在疾病的老人，老年康疗中心将建成完善的医疗保健设施，可以在第一时间对各类应急事件作出专业的护理，为老人们提供生命保障。 |

3- For people with health problem the proposed facilities will offer full nursing care service to deal with emergency situation. |

4、某些身患疾病的老人，长期需要在医生的监控治疗下生活。医疗条件不逊于医院，同时又具备各类疗养功能的康疗中心将解决老年人长期住院的痛苦。

4- The facilities also offer qualified medical professional service to treat and monitor elderly who may have pre existing health condition.

5、由于气候的原因，某些患有心血管、呼吸系统疾病的老人在北方寒冷的条件下过冬存在着一定的困难。本项目推出的免费互换异地适温疗养服务，将帮助老人安享晚年。

5- Due to the local climate condition some people from outside the province may have trouble adapting due to pre existing health condition, the facilities will provide medical support and therapy care to assist with the problem.
